Lynne Whiteford, MBAVP, Coaching Practice Leader As Vice President and Coaching Practice Leader for Skyline Group, Lynne is responsible for the integration and delivery of large-scale and individual coaching programs. She brings to her clients years of Talent Management and Leadership Development consulting, most recently as VP, Regional Coaching Leader for Right Management. Possessing a Masters in Business Administration, Lynne also has over 10 years of senior-level management and operations experience. Utilizing her unique combination of strong practical business experience and management consulting skills, Lynne connects details and subtleties with the larger business picture to ensure alignment between talent management initiatives, business strategy and bottom-line results. Lynne has worked with leaders at all levels, conducting both one-on-one coaching and group leadership development consulting assignments. She is passionate about developing people and challenging organizations, their employees and leaders towards excellence. Prior to beginning her work as a talent management consultant, Lynne was Vice President of Production and Business Affairs for such high-profile Academy Nominated film production companies as Kevin Costner’s Tig Productions and Michael Mann’s Forward Pass. Entrusted with oversight of daily operations, creation of company infrastructures, management of company assets, human resources and financing, she developed the essential practical leadership, organizational, and analytical skills needed by today’s executive consultant. Experienced in both the creative and business aspects of entertainment, Lynne has had the fortunate opportunity to work with such diverse companies as Warner Bros., MGM, Universal Television, CBS, The Discovery Channel, Creative Artist Agency, Sony/Epic Music, Knopf Publishing and Microsoft. Lynne received her Masters Degree in Business from Pepperdine University and her B.A. in Communications at Fordham University in New York City. She is certified in Hogan Personality Inventory Suite (HPI, HDS, MVPI); MRG’s Leadership 360 Effectiveness Assessment (LEA) and Individual Directions Inventory (IDI); and Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI).She has extensive experience with Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode (TKI), FIRO-B Emotional Intelligence (EI) and other 360 Assessments. |
