John Stieber

John’s work focuses on establishing the integrity of an organization’s strategy and then determining where and how leadership and culture support or impede the execution of strategy. His work in the areas of leadership development and culture change is rooted in the understanding of how strategic goals shape and influence leadership and culture.

John has worked with individuals and organizations throughout the United States, Europe and Asia and has taught college-level courses in human development.  His client work includes organizations ranging in size from 50 to over 90,000 employees; industries include financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, defense, gaming, heavy manufacturing and some exciting but now-defunct dot-coms. He has also had careers in the securities, energy and telecommunications industries.

John also spent more than ten years in a monastic environment developing a deeper appreciation of personal grounding. His career has focused on identifying, validating and making useful the timeless principles that underlie success and fulfillment in all areas of individual and organizational activity.

John has a BA in cultural anthropology from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Maharishi University of Management with an emphasis in organization development.
